Submitting your abstract to a Symposium
Please review the full list of sessions first at
http://www.IALE2019.com/symposia
When submitting an abstract you will be asked to indicate whether your abstract should be considered for a specific symposium, you may select your 1st and 2nd symposium preferences. Note, if your abstract does not appear to be related to any of the symposia listed, select the option “open symposium” under the relevant field. This will not disadvantage the evaluation of your abstract, and all accepted abstracts will be allocated to an appropriate congress symposium.
Finally, you will need to indicate whether you are submitting an abstract for an oral or poster presentation. Given space limitations, authors submitting an abstract for an oral session may be requested to present a poster instead. Authors should be aware that poster presentations are considered to be as important as oral presentations.
Note:
- An abstract must be submitted by the person who will give the presentation at the congress. This will be the first author of the work and will be responsible for the communications between the Congress Scientific Committee (CSC) Scientific and Congress Organising Committee (COC) and the other co-authors
- The presenting authors (for oral or poster presentations) are required to register for the Congress as early bird.
- Failure to do so will result in their presentation being deleted from the program.
- Registration will only be possible online. It will open at the end of January 2019 and early bird registration closes on 30 April 2019.
